Requestors use a secure online form to place their house seat requests. The request form URL can be disabled and changed at any time by the box office.
REQUEST TRIAGING
The box office or house seats manager can approve or deny incoming requests. Seats can then be placed for approved requests and a payment link is automatically sent to the requestor.
ORGANIZED DASHBOARD
Your dashboard is a tidy view of all requests for all events. The likelihood of requests falling through the cracks is greatly reduced with a bird’s eye view of your requests at each stage of the workflow.
PCI-COMPLIANT PAYMENTS
Never deal with manually transferred credit card information again. Payment links to an encrypted webpage are sent directly to the requestor where they can enter their own credit card information.
