Nederlander is our partner licensing TixTrack products in their New York City venues, as well as across the United States. Nederlander owns and/or operates nine Broadway theatres, as well as dozens of markets
nationally. They both present and produce live entertainment ranging from theatrical productions to concerts and special events.

Challenge
Nederlander needed a technology-based solution to managing house seats and VIP ticket requests. Prior to the Nliven house seat solution, this inventory was managed on paper ledgers with credit card information being passed on written paper or email between the management offices and box office. There needed to be a secure, PCI-compliant solution that would allow for the digital management of this inventory.

Solution
TixTrack and Nederlander worked together to develop a digital house seat module that would allow the venue and artist to manage their house seat inventory digitally, including making payments on the requests. By leveraging Nederlander’s experience and expertise in this field, TixTrack was able to develop an easy-to-use application within Nliven that has streamlined and simplified the house seat request and management process. This solution has proven to be highly favored by venue and artist management for all venues where is has been implemented.
